How? It was prepaid! The staff in general was not very pleasant or helpful either. We didn't get ahold of someone until the next day (today), and we were told that it was too late.they would have given us a code for the parking. We had to get on the road, so we kept trying the phone number. The promo said it had to be redeemed the same day, so we tried the VIP desk again.no one there. The number went to recorded message and then voicemail, but the voicemail was full. No one was at the VIP desk for an extended period of time, so we figured we would call the number. The options to get free parking, according to the TV screen advertising the promo, were to visit the Lucky Snake VIP desk or call a phone number. Parking was prepaid ($25) via an app.you had to pay before leaving your car. We spent $150 on game cards, so we spent plenty to qualify.
